Blackened Halibut w/ Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Squash
Put some blackened seasoning on some halibut, pan seared it and then tossed it in the oven. I also roasted some garlic and make some garlic mashed potatoes with some squash on the side.
Jazz Fest 2011 Photos
